Nutritional Therapy includes two steps:

1. The first step identifies imbalances and nutritional deficiencies in the body. It aims to understand why a specific symptom or condition has occurred.

2. The second step corrects these imbalances through:

  • diet changes
  • natural remedies
  • supplements such as vitamins and minerals
  • lifestyle advice

Potential benefits of nutritional therapy include:

  • improved antioxidant status
  • enhanced energy levels
  • improved sleep
  • improved skin
  • improved detoxification channels
  • reduced stress levels
  • weight management
  • better digestion
  • improved absorption
  • balanced blood sugar levels
  • fewer infections
  • improved immune system
  • reduced inflammation
  • improved cardio-vascular markers
  • enhanced hormonal balance
  • improved mood
  • enhanced concentration

Everyone is biochemically unique. everyone has specific nutritional requirements according to their genes, their diet and lifestyle.
